Parties, events or gatherings not allowed and will not be tolerated, this includes day-use of the amenities (ie: the swimming pool, spa, etc..) by local friends or family. When you book, we collect 50% of the total amount due. Then, 30 days prior to your check in date, the remaining 50% will be automatically be charged to the same card you initially provided. Pool Heat fee is $175/night (3 night minimum). For 7 nights or more, Pool Heat is discounted to $900/week. If choosing pool heat please ask at least 1 Week in Advance. -PLEASE NOTE: If you have pool heat, the water features (the rain curtain, water deck jets, etc..) will not be active during your stay because the water features cool the water down and counteracts the pool heat.
