This 5000 Sq. Ft Home sleeps 24 people and the Generous Space continues outside! Outside feature 1,800 Sq. Ft. of COVERED space! We love the sun AND the shade!! We are a small family-owned business that specializes in Luxury, High-End Vacation rentals! There is plenty of seating in the Great Room and the Family Room to gather and watch a game. A total of 10 TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, at the Pool, or under one of the outdoor Verandas, you have those options! Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar and Large Island with comfortable seating. A Kitchen Dining Nook looks out to the Massive Pool and Yard. The Grand Dining Room seats 10 and looks out from Elegant French Doors to the Greenery of the Beautiful Landscaped Front Yard. In the Back Yard is where the fun continues! A full Mini Golf Course, Large Pool with Rain Curtain with a Swim Up Bar, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Ping Pong, and a new favorite, a Pickle Ball Court, all await your enjoyment! The attached Casita sleeps 4 guests and can be added for an additional $275 per stay. Additionally, this property is available for Lodging Only. If you're looking for an amazing home to have a wonderful time making memories, this is a perfect home for you to get away, have fun and relax! However, events, parties or gatherings of any type are not allowed. If you're looking for a venue to host an event or a party (including but not limited to Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, etc,.) unfortunately this is not the property for you. Please inquire if you have any questions or would like clarification on this policy. When you book, we collect 50% of the total amount due. Then, 30 days prior to your check in date, the remaining 50% will be automatically be charged to the same card you initially provided. If you have more than 20 guests, the Casita can be added for $275 for the entire stay. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be using the Sofa Sleeper in the main house so we can provide the necessary extra bedding. 2)You must be 30 years of age or older to book this home. A Valid form of ID (State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport) to show proof of age is required at time of booking. 3) No Weddings, Parties or Other Events (which includes, but not limited to Bachelor / Bachelorette Events, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties) if in doubt, kindly submit an inquiry, we will be happy to clarify. 4) The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask of you to follow the instructions on hot tub use and care that we provide in Welcome Packet. Please treat our hot tub with respect and try to leave it in good condition, so that the next guest may enjoy it, too. If the failure to follow our instructions results in a hot tub, which is not in usable condition, as for example due to: - Low water level - Greenish or otherwise “unusual” water color - Or similar issues We will charge a $200 fee in order to cover the additional service expenses needed to restore the hot tub to its functional condition. 5)Pool Heat is also Optional for $175/night or $900/wk. It is Not Included in your reservation. There is a 3 day minimum. If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let me know at least a week before your stay. 6) This Property is for LODGING ONLY for the maximum number of allowable guest. Gatherings or parties of any type (including day-use for local friends and family) are NOT ALLOWED. Also, NO LOUD NOISE. 7) We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. 8) NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS. 9)PAYMENTS: 50% of the total amount due is collected at time of booking. The other 50% is collected 30 days prior to your check in date. 10) No Smoking of Any Kind is allowed in the home or within 10ft. of the Entry Doors.
